  • Gavin Hardy has been competing in rodeo and trail events since he could walk, and his record shows the results of his dedication, grit, and natural talent in the saddle. As a multi-discipline youth rider, Gavin has earned top titles in Jr Rodeos, Equine Trail Sports competitions, and the National Mountain Trail Championship.

    He is a two-time National Champion, winning the 2024 ETS Rising Star National Youth Champion title and the 2022 National Mountain Trail Youth Champion. Gavin has also earned two trophy saddles for claiming the 2020 Novice Northwest Regional Champion and the 2021 Intermediate Northwest Regional Champion in Equine Trail Sports.

    His rodeo accolades include:

    • Crouch Jr Rodeo: Mini Mite Champion (2014), Peewee Champion (2017, 2018), Junior Champion (2022), and Senior Champion (2024)

    • Weiser Ranchers Rodeo: Pole Bending Champion (2018, 2019)

    • Gem State Jr Rodeo: Reserve Champion Mini Mite (2016)

    His trail competition highlights include:

    • 2020 & 2021 ETS Northwest Regional Champion (Novice and Intermediate divisions)

    • 2020 ETS Northwest Final In-Hand Champion

    • 2024 Idaho Horse Expo Youth Champion

    • 2024 ETS Northwest Youth Partnership Winner

  • We focus on rodeo and trail competitions, but we also support other disciplines depending on rider interest and availability.

  • Team members meet for weekly practices and additional events leading up to shows. We’ll work with your schedule as much as possible.

  • We expect team members to attend regular practices, represent H3 positively at events, and support fellow riders. The more you put in, the more you get out!

  • Yes.

    All H3 Show Team members are required to be enrolled in the Gold Lesson Package to ensure consistent coaching and preparation. Additional fees may include entry fees, fuel costs, horse day lease fees, and other event-related expenses. We’ll provide a clear breakdown of costs so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
