Founder & Lead Instructor, Horse Harmony Horsemanship
Megan’s lifelong passion for horses is the heart behind Horse Harmony Horsemanship. What began as a childhood love grew into a purposeful career, leading her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Natural Horsemanship with an emphasis in Equine Care & Management from the University of Montana Western.
Megan’s training is rooted in the time-honored traditions of Ray Hunt, Tom Dorrance, Buck Brannaman, and Parelli Natural Horsemanship. She brings these principles into every lesson—teaching riders how to communicate with their horses through trust, feel, and respect, creating true partnerships in and out of the saddle.
Since graduating in 2008, Megan has helped riders of all ages gain confidence, improve their skills, and develop a deeper connection with their horses. Whether you're riding for fun, growth, or competition, she meets students where they are and helps guide them toward where they want to go.
In addition to teaching, Megan competes in Ranch Pleasure and Competitive Trail with her AQHA/NFQHA grullo stallion, Wimpys Blue Drifter (“Zephyr”). Together, they earned the title of 2024 Equine Trail Sports National Intermediate Champion.

Assistant Instructor & Competitive Coach
Gavin Hardy brings both heart and hustle to Horse Harmony Horsemanship. As a decorated young competitor and passionate horseman, Gavin has grown up living the values we teach—dedication, patience, and the power of partnership with your horse.
He began competing at age four and has since earned multiple championship titles in junior rodeos, Equine Trail Sports, and the National Mountain Trail Championship. His standout achievements include winning two national champion titles and earning two trophy saddles—testament to both his skill in the saddle and his determination in the arena.
Gavin specializes in working with youth and beginner riders, especially those interested in the H3 Show Team and competitive coaching. He brings encouragement, humor, and firsthand experience to every lesson, helping students gain confidence while having fun.
Whether he's coaching in the arena or cheering from the sidelines, Gavin is dedicated to helping the next generation of riders find success—and humility—through horsemanship.
